1. Order Cancellation Window
You can cancel an online beauty product order free of charge at any time before it enters the 'Packed' or 'Shipped' status.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel an active order, visit Track Order / My Orders and click cancel, or message our WhatsApp helpline immediately with your Order Code.
3. Pre-paid Order Refunds
If you have already paid online for a cancelled order, the complete amount will be refunded to your digital wallet or bank account within 24–48 hours.
