1. Parlour Service Appointments
We kindly request at least 4 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your salon facial, hair styling, or grooming appointment.
2. Bridal & Special Event Makeup Bookings
Bridal makeup slots require dedicated artist scheduling and preparation. Bridal deposit refunds and rescheduling must be requested at least 7 days prior to the wedding date.
